360 Spider roof issues

What are the symptoms and are there any pictures of the wear? Worm hole or something else? I’d probably do a quick eBay search for used replacement parts if they’re truly worn.

 

It's highly unlikely that the hinges are the problem. They are quite stout and will likely outlast the car by 100 years.

I'd get a second opinion on that. If the main hinges are out of spec, it's likely the entire capote is ruined. In that case, leave the top down and get a car cover. There's very little that can be done to repair a completely worn out capote other than jacking up the gas cap and driving a new car under it.

If you can send some pictures I'd be happy to help come up with a solution with you. These tops are old and have many common points that fail but hinges would be a first for me. I run a shop in Utah (Rev9 Group) and if you're local bring it by and we can take a look, otherwise let's see what we can figure out, if you'd like.

 

I had some issues that I thought were hinges but ended up being shim/alignment issues.

I have some right side hinges if you need them. I don’t remember exact part numbers since I am not with the car at the moment but I will be back next week.
