    Change the oil first if it has not been done in the last 20 years. As it gets old it losses viscosity and accumulates air bubbles. Next, undo the top three bolts as mentioned before but, by prying the canvas off the edges of the quarter panels as it's much easier to get to them. Grease all moving parts and start the cycle of up and down to let the roof realign itself. Once comfortable, tighten the Allen bolts on top. It's not that easy to bend the top frame just because the top went down laps used once or twice.

    Awesome! Same side I am having the issue.

    Twisting the mount plates has done nothing for me.
