Check the fluid level. If this is good. Give the center of the roof a slap as it is folding back from the closed position. There is a center brace that is supposed to be collapsed flat by elastic that is rpown to failing due to stretching. If this is the case. The elastic can be replaced by an upholstery shop
What's the problem with it? The roof operates in different fazes so depending on which part it's not working. Hydraulic fluid and trying to open and close it without the car running (low battery) are just some of the causes.
