    seems like the authorities had more interest in cars that had performance modded upgrades, not just aesthetic upgrades

    is that adriatic blue Porsche GT2 stock? the description doesn't make it sound all that special..though i don't recall that the stock GT2 can do 208 mph.. perhaps he has upgraded turbos or GIAC flash or something..?
