    That sure was not my experience in a 150. Those planes will spin with the right pitch attitude and they will break (right or left) with a vengence.

    there was a recent AD or whatever they call those on the 150. Had to do with rudder and spins.

    That was my experience as well doing power-on stalls in a 152. This nose is fairly high (relative to a power off stall) and with full rudder input at the stall, the 152 I used to fly would be pretty aggressive in its spin entry. Easy to recover, though.

    Don't know the full details but a common error in spin entry/recovery is to "Kick" the rudders. This is a bad idea in any airplane. No control should ever be slammed against a stop.. There were two fatal spin accidents in the 150/152 where the mechanical rudder stops jammed locking the rudder at full travel. I am not saying that the pilots in these crashes slammed the rudder only that it is something to think about in any airplane. The AD modifies the rudder stops.
