Let's just stick to hoping our valued contributors of old make a return someday. We shouldn't get into a slinging match to categorize others as low-class, low-knowledge members - we're trying to calm things down so we can just talk about F1, not rile them back up with renewed animosity.

If one of you techie chaps can somehow log in to my webcam, I'm happy to set up a laptop in front of the tv in a quiet room and you can all watch the sky feed live! I already gave Bas the user details for my slingbox, so can't offer that to anyone else at the moment as once he gets set up again, I'm sure he will want to continue using it

Not sure toil, the techie guys here can advise if sky would stop you doing it with a valid username and password, but I struggle to see how they could, they don't know whether I'm in the UK at home or in the US or Europe on holiday and downloading it...... If it's matched to user, there should be no problem. Part of my subscription charge includes the sky app, and I have all channels except the porn! (Blame er indoors, she doesn't like competition these days!)

 

Seems we've once again drifted way off topic, but what the hell!..... It's all good.

For those wanting a 'legit' Sky feed here's a pretty good option;

You need to be (via a VPN, easy enough) in the UK, but not a bad solution if you're serious.... Their F1 channel is darn good...
