No.10) alone would put off almost every team from wanting to enter the series. Motorsport is dangerous (as it states on the back of the tickets!) and unfortunately, accidents can happen.
Based on this theory, Jenson Button would have effectively been disqualified from the 2009 season (via his team being banned) for something that was nothing to do with him, not exactly fair IMHO!.

No.11) would result in no driver ever attempting any overtaking whatsoever- Too much risk involved.

No12) would result in any car that clips a kerb wrong or a driver that slides off on someone elses oil being disqualified from the race.
Based on this theory, Hamilton would have been disqualified for going onto the grass at the hairpin to avoid an accident when Button backed the pack up unexpectedly, again not exactly fair IMHO!.

As for Hamilton being disqualified for pushing Webber off the road, by the same token then, Vettel has to be disqualified for forcing Hamilton into Webber!.

To be totally honest, points 4~9 would make it a series where only those with the most money stand any chance of winning and points 10~12 would make it probably the most unattractive series to race in, for both teams and drivers, because there is far too much risk of loosing everything you've worked for in a season for the slightest incident.
