RK was racing. He was clearly faster at that instant. He made clean pass. He's not paid by SRT or Mclaren. He broke no rules. F1 is not a gentleman driver series. LH himself chops people off without mercy, so what's wrong with RK trying to improve his position? It certainly added some excitement to the race.

If you don't want to see people racing, then you might as well black flag all cars P10 and slower.
