    They said today that someone put a deposit on it and is supposed to collect it today. They will let me know if the deal falls through.

    Thanks so much for the lead. I just gave guy an offer and he accepted. Will drive down on Sunday to look at it, if all good, will pay him and drive up. It was Evander Holyfield's car and has his original tag "Holly 1" LOL!

    That's that satellite radio crap!. He will take that out.

    Hey Steve, I couldn't drive down there on Sunday, so I will go there tomorrow and if all is as good as claimed, that will be it. I might request the scratches be fixed before I drive it home. Exterior and mechanical seems great, I am just curious to see the interior. I am taking my camera so I will post pics by Saturday.

    I passed. I went and checked the car Friday and decided not to buy. The car has been painted and was not disclosed that it was. I don't know if the reason was because it was crashed (and fixed without reporting the crash), or, it was keyed. But most of the right side is painted as well as the rear bumper and driver side door. In addition, the major service records that include the clutch and valve guides records could not be located.

    The search continues...

    For what it's worth, I too have been inquiring on this car. I've asked for documentation of the latest service and have not seen any either.
