Owsi, they've had a few Ferraris there before. I've seen a couple of 360s a few 355s and a few of those "Magnum PI Style Removable Roof, black bumpered, 16" wheeled, pointy front" models.

Bently GT in Ocean City, NJ. Im not sure if it was this but it looked just like the a$$ of that car and was in the rich area where i also saw a RR Phantom so i put 2 and 2 together, ill be able to confirm it tomorrow

 

red 360 spyder, today, first parked in the pacific something cafe parking lot then in an office lot on Ridgetop Circle, both in sterling, virginia right next to the dulles town centre. this is right down the street from ferrari of washington, which had a red 355 sitting out from i believe

seeing such perfect automobiles makes me think about changing my major to prelaw or premed

 

Carrera GT at Tischer...that car is silly badass.

 

Red 360 parked outside of Tubby's diner on 198 in Laurel. Anyone here?

Black 348 on Carrs Mill and Rt. 152 around 11:15

 

Bentley Continental GT, Bentley Limo and Bentley something (last 2 were earlier 90's models) looked like Mulsanne's - Park Ave. NYC

Maserati coupe - Park Ave. NYC
Bentley Arnage - Rt. 95 just outside NYC

Continental GT...not that impressed with the looks. It was parked along the street and looked like any other car.

 

Red 355 at an audio shop on Lancaster Ave.

04 575M Red over black (my favorite out of the bunch)
and a 246 Dino blue, that car is so cool

Round back in the service bay i saw
2 Testarossas 1 black 1 red
360 red that had a Algar sign on the rear challenge grill, maybe a track car?

Hmmmm, it must be that time of the month or something.

I saw one of these also, at Porsche of Arlington on 8/6! It was silver with a charcoal interior...it had just come off the truck...they went over it from top to bottom, then fired it up to move it in back. That thing sounds just like an F1 car, it revs really quick too! They were to deliver it the very next day!

I hear HBL in Tyson's had one late last month, it too was sold when it arrived..I understand that the owner flew in and drove it back to New York!!

 

A bunch of Porsche dealers in the area are getting some in. Valley in Towson should have one soon.

 

Damn, HBL is about 20 mins from my place, I have visited there pretty often to see if they had one, I guess he picked it up pretty quickly?

Does anyone know whether Tischer still has there CGT there? Or when it will leave if its still there?

 

Call Tischer and find out...I think they were gonna keep it around for alittle bit...I guess to get some traffic in the showrooms. Or if you're close...stop in. It's sold for $448k to a long time customer in Darnestown. So there's still a slim chance we'll see it driven around.

Thanks, I think Im going to give them a call and see when it will be picked up, I really want to see one up close, they are beautiful!

Ask for Nick Thompson and tell him that you know me. He can probably give you some accurate info regarding the schedule of the car's visit.

I called them and talked to a guy who said; "well it could go today, or next week, we have no idea..." He made it sound like it hasnt been sold yet..?? Who knows...

 

Was this "guy" Nick Thompson?

If not, you may have been speaking to a number of chimps who work there.

If it was Nick...since the car is sold, he may not actually know the pickup date since it is up to the owner.

yes i just told you why it's still there...so people can see it. I guess the owner's not too anxious. BTW...I used to work there so I know most of the "old" people. I spoke with Jay Cleiman, the Porsche saleman that sold the car.

 

So do you know when hes picking it up, since youre on the "inside" and all?

 

i'm not sure exactly...I didn't ask...but if I go down this weekend and it's still there I'll ask.
