Saw a red 360, no challenge grill, tinted windows, turning north on Fairfax County Pkwy coming off of Rt267 east around 12pm. It had temp tags as I could see. Congrats to the new owner!

spotted a new grey GTR in tysons

 

Ok, this is a weird one - like right out of Area 51.

Yesterday between 5:00 - 5:30 PM on the Fairfax County parkway, I saw a 3-wheel vehicle that looked like a cross between a motorcycle and a radically styled Segway. It was going at least 45-50 MPH. I have no idea what it was. I remember seeing a program like "Beyond Tomorrow" or something like that that showed a type of segway that you ride like motorcycle.

Since this caught me by surprise, I wasn't able to take a picture of it. Has anyone seen it around? Does anyone know what it may be? Below is a picture (I found on the web) that looks "similar" to the vehicle. But what I saw had 3-wheels not 4 like the one pictured below.

I've seen one in the Havre de Grace, Md area lately that fits your discription. i think its the one in this link http://hubpages.com/hub/CanAm_Spyder_3-Wheel_Cruiser_Or_Roadgoing_Snowmobile or at least it looked very similar.

 

I think there was a thread about it in the Cars off topic section. I have seen one a couple times on 95 around Baltimore. Anyone know if you need a motorcycle license for it?

Love the T-Rex. Cool little thing but looks confusing to drive. Saw a video of one with a twin turbo Hayabusa engine. Damn.

I was about to reject your idea of the CanAm Spyder, because I could've sworn that it had one wheel in the front and two in the back. But after reading the info on the CanAm (stability and performance) and seeing a better angle from the Popular Mechanics video that Carlos posted, I think it very well may have been the CanAm Spyder. It really looked cool (that's for sure). I would like see one up close.

I thought I had quoted you in my previous message. I definitely didn't think it was a Piaggio because this looks like a scooter/bike where as the one that I saw (which I'm leaning towards the CanAm Spyder) looked so much different. Just from the way the driver was positioned, it looked like he was almost standing up or hunched over (like riding a bike or horse) as opposed to sitting.

Still the Piaggio looks pretty stylish.

I saw the white 328/308 in Gainesville again on Friday, same older gentlemen driving, nice red interior.

Red 328 on Fox Mill this morning about 11 and dark blue 355 spider on West Ox this afternoon. Great day to be out driving!

 

White 328 om 32 East around 1:20 today.

 

360 modena in clifton va today with plates 'blakt out' or something.

Saw some incredible stuff at the Simeone Foundation, highly recommended for F chatters. Just two Fcars (a 250 TR and 375 MM) there but some of the other stuff are things you will never see again. Simply incredible, the man himself was there as well showing people around.
