anyone familiar with or work with any companies that offer the "rustbusters" system. It is a system that sprays pure zinc on to steel body panels and will fill in any rust pits as well as rust holes. I have some rust bubbles on the lower front fenders of my 308 (that have been repaired before) and am considering have this done...would like to know if anyone has had any experience with this.

    Regards,
    Paul

check out there site www.rustbusters.com a similiar process was around years ago in the autobody business...where they sprayed lead..as you can guess this was a little bit toxic and it was stopped.

Do a google on "thermal coatings"

http://www.plasmacoat.co.uk/ is a company we use here in the UK for spraying Molybdenum onto syncro rings that we manufacture. They also list Anti corrosive coatings as well.

Thanks for the link. I think as my car needs replacement panels, I will slowly switch over to fiberglass. Its lighter and don't have to worry about rust again.
