    You could make the ferral and spacer one piece too if you want. The ferral is plenty thick to make from aluminum without any worries.

    Because my shocks came with spherical rod ends with 1/2" holes I needed a different solution. I made steel spacers 3/4" OD with a 12mm bore and a 1/2" OD lip the pluged into tthe shock and used 4 per shock.
