Nope. You've got a lot of talent, just don't invest too much in that crappy Canon glass. That way it won't hurt too much when you make the inevitable switch
Man, I've used both brands for extended periods of time, and Nikon does have some really nice features. BUT, I feel Canons have more clarity, sharpness, and richness in color that Nikons just don't have. That said...
As soon as I got over the fact I was staring at a CS, and was reaching my arm in the window, etc etc, you are the first thing I thought of when you said you've never seen one in IL
Red Lancia Monte Carlo in Palatine this afternoon. Haven't seen one of those in decades. Silver Gallardo Spider up and down on LSD. White R&R, very ancient model with wedding decoration Southbound on LSD. Also bumped into Rahm Emanuel downtown. Twice actually. The guy looked familiar so first I thought I knew him from a Ferrari meet...Would have been funny to ask him "Aren't you that guy with the red 430 Spider?".
Thanks! I saw my first one last week at the Ferrari A&L show at Continental. I must have stared at this for 5 minutes straight Image Unavailable, Please Login
Saw a Dark Blue Testarossa on 94 headed south around Lake at 12:30. Maybe 10-15 seconds after a Red 575 headed the same direction. Only caught a glimpse of both as I was headed north.
Black 430 Spider next to me on 94 in around 4. Black Maser Grand Sport directly behind me on Wells pulling into the parking strucure half a block from mine. Finally a Silver Maser Coupe (later one with bigger front grill) on 290 around 1:15. Those Maser's are quite a bargain now, maybe if I ask my wife nicely!
Yellow Lotus Espirit on I-88 E at IL 53 yesterday afternoon as well as a blue Quattroporte getting off at the Austin exit on west bound 290.
Grigio Silverstone with Bordeaux interior 430 Spider on Waukegan Rd in Lake Forest. A brave man ,with all the crazy deep potholes on that road.....
red 355 spyder today also a silver 356 convertible tooling around! yesterday - maroon 360 spyder multiple AM V8 Vantages - man, I love that car!
The Weiner Mobile? Did it serve Pinot Grigio or Lambrusco? Or was it just generally depressed? Which reminds me of the Berghoff's menu: They used to have the "Weiner Schnitzel" on there. It was probably crying over its name.
Dark Red Tesla on Rt41 in Highland Park ,this afternoon. Red 275 GTB parked in front of CIR this morning. Later found out the guy let my 12y old son (just finished his Summer League race) see the engine ,revved it up ,let him see the interior.
