    Sprint blows! They just took an hour of my life I will never have back. I called them to cancel my plan because my work uses another company, so I need to cancel my plan. I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and then they hung up on me. Well I was Pi$$ed off so I called them back and finally got a real person on the phone but guess what her system was “down” so she needed to transfer me to the cancellation department. I told her very nicely that I had already spent 25 minutes on hold only to be hung up on so I was not in the mood to hold much longer. She assured me that it would only be a few minutes maybe 5 to 10. I said OK and then I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes only to have them hang up on me. I’m so Pi$$ed! how can a company have such bad customer service and be successful, I hope I never have to deal with them again. They SUCK!

    he will either email you back directly or get one of his executive Customer Service team members to do it.

    Ouch, sorry to hear that. I think Kboy gave you the best info possible. I have no less then 4 friends that ended up getting royally screwed by Sprint.

    I have had sprint for over 3 years now and cant be happier. I love it....
    I pay 120 a month and get unlimitied minutes

    Its all very routine. not as "elitest" (if i spelled that right) as you may think.
    I emailed gary when i had a problem and yes. he did respond personally and forwarded our email onto his CC rep... I talk from experience, and im just trying to help... plus with anything... Always always always.. start at the top.. trust me.

    Well, I have been happy with them for years. Hardly ever had a problem. They have been doing a lot of updating and stuff since the merge with Nextel. There website was done several hours recently.

    Of course I'm a little biased. I pay $15 a month and have for many years. $20 after taxes. :)

    Probably so, and does it honestly matter who is writing if the problem gets solved.
    I call Catherine Zeta all the time when I have an issue with T-mobile, she never answers but the girl or guy that does always 'solves the problem'.

    Yesterday afternoon, I emailed Sprint to put my phone on vacation. I didn't think an email would get their attention, but it was done before I called this morning.
