What is a fair price for the 94 and 95 spyders with 30k miles and without the service done? Wow, what a range in prices. Why?

Ok and back to reality. I think high $60's with service done and well sorted out. If the dash, sticky console pieces, fresh tires and brakes you would probably be looking for low $70's.

That is for a car with records and some TLC. There are plenty of stories for sub $50k cars that come in turn, with plenty of stories.

Depends how fast they want to sell....348 prices have gone down and without the 30k service the price will have to reflect that. Depending on service history and color I would say in the low 50k.

Even FML only puts them at $66k and cars rarely sell for FML prices.. From the research I've been doing, $60k should get you a VERY nice car but you'll have to hunt for it.

If that car was issueless and only needed that service 61k for a 94, a little more for a 95.

I don't get it. I could have bought a red one for $46K a few weeks ago, couldn't buy it because I just bought a TS, proceeded to post the listing on F-chat, no one even inquired about it, yet the market for one of these is $60K? Give me a break.

if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is

Car must of had some issues. Why would it be priced 15k to 20k lower than the average market?

It needed a 30K. Which was what I thought the caveat in the original post was.

I think 60 is on the high side. Especially if the 30k was not done. I have seen some 355 Spyders with service in the mid 70's that only 10k more than if you bought a 348 for 60 and had to do the major.

    55 is the #

It had no issues? Would pass a PPI with no hits?

My # was for an issueless car other then the 30k. Deduct issues as you find them. That 45k car had to have issues.

No issues, other than needing a 30K service and it had 348 chrome rims. The guy desperately needed to sell it, as he did the 348ts that I bought from him for too cheap to mention on this board.

Me thinks that many Ferrari buyers are embarrassed to pay well below market for a Ferrari. It's beneath them.

But that's OK...I'll be a taker on a desperation sale from time to time. I bought a 308 that way, drove for 2 years and made a $5K profit, drove a 348 for 2 years and made a $2K profit.

I saw those cars. Something shady about those two. Id buy 10 spiders in the condition mine is in for $46,000. Hell, id buy 10 for $56,000.00 and still walk away a winner.

Ben, Any luck on another? I was out yesterday (we did a small group of Fchatters in the NY/Tri State forum) and the sun was blaring. I thought of you and that black interior one. No way that can work.
