I am working on a book about the 3500GT Spyder Vignale. It will list all cars chassis-by-chassis with their (known) technical specs and known history. I found a wealth of period images in Italian archives but still seeking old (!) photos of cars. But for a lot of cars I have no more infos than their date of completion and color-combination. So if someone owns a 3500GT Spyder Vignale and would like to help me with the project, he can reach me directly via email: [email protected] I need this deails: 1. VIN 2. known history (owner/s, location/s, period/s). 3. body-no. 4. gearbox-specs. 6. brake-specs. 7. current color-combination. 8. wheel-specs. 9. any special feature. PLEASE NOTE: the current owner of a are is not named to protect his privacy. If someone don`t mind to see his name, please let me know via email. Thanks to everybody in advance. I hope to get the book available in May 2012. Ciao! Walter

Ivan, it will come but needs more time as I have to get my attention to 243 cars! But the cover is -almost- finished.... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very attractive design Walter, as always. I await the book with great anticipation. It will be great to see a new Maserati dedicated title on the shelves.
Well, I am currently on the Maledive Islands for a meet with Santa! He insists on finishing my Honeymoon first.......
Ivan, ...yes, it makes progress! Most of the needed infos I have. But I don`t know when I get it finished. Hope later this year.....
Ivan, just to let you know - it took me 5 years to research the 300S history (26 cars). It took almost 4 years to research the history of the A6G Zagatos (20 cars) What research-time do you expect with 243 cars....?
Quote from your first posting: "I hope to get the book available in May 2012." BTW: I think the correct number is 251 Ivan
Yes, but predictions they are a changin`.....! ("Blessed are the people who do not know how to write a book....!")
Congratulations Walter on the almost finished cover. Very stylish indeed. Now it´s time to start with the rest of the book I found this wonderful picture of a Swedish registered spyder on the webb today. Unfortunately iI was not able to figure out which car of who has taken the photo. Anyway you probably already have it, and the car VIN. The young man on the left seems really hooked! /Jan Image Unavailable, Please Login
