    Even if it takes several months, it could help them out for next year. Suppose the ruling goes in Spyker's favor, it could mean a loss of Championship points for the others and elevate Spyker's official finishing position, meaning more pocket scratch for '08.

    I don't know where I stand on the issue yet, but I think it would suck if they found out halfway through the season that they don't get to keep the points that they're making. But then again it also sucks that SA is beating Honda who spend a few million on a new car while SA got their old one.
