    My car makes a bird like cherp by the firewall when I start the car. It goes away when it is warm. Last major was April 09. Should I be concerned .. or is it just a cold car making noise?

    You need to adjust your alternator or a/c belt mate. :D:D

    I just adjusted the belts on a freinds of a friends car the other day that was doing the EXACT same thing. :D:D

    Well, I have done this hundreds of times over the years. ;);)

    I had the same issue...I was freaking for a sec thinking it was a tensioner giving up on life, but it wasn't :)
