I just received the June issue of Makes & Models magazine fresh off the press last night at the Tampa "Driven to the 9s" Aston Martin event. The Squids are notable from the onset with a letter from William H. complimenting M&M's inclusion of my article on Cavallino and subsequent visit to Rachel's (the legend grows) and then of course my coverage of the Sebring FCA event featuring images of the Squid F-cars of "Big Squid Paulie" (there will be no living with him now!), "Calamari Fritti" and others. Another feature is my piece on riding in the Enzo, also superbly composed. I'm told that distribution of M&M will be expanding with this issue and more available in South Florida at locations such as 7-11, Kash-N-Karry, Publix, Barnes & Noble, Borders, Eckerds, etc and they are heading towards 100,000 distribution. This guy Martin's name keeps popping up throughtout the publication, it seems he's getting a lot of free press lately! BHW
Hey I just write for the magazine, I'm not involved in the production of when or what comes out. I imagine the FCA story got moved up for whatever reason. The magazines just came off the presses yesterday so figure a couple of weeks before they hit the news stands. Have a couple of happy pills and camp out at your nearest Publix for the issues to arrive. BHW

There is a Maserati on the cover but this time it's the MC12 (white and blue car from Maserati media). Expect this issue to hit the stands around June 1. No way from press to newstands in two days, simply dosent happen. Distribution takes at least two weeks to happen. Okay? BHW

The June issue of M&M (white Maserati MC-12 on the cover) is now on the shelves. I saw it at the Aventura Publix yesterday so they're out there now. BHW
