Hey Guys, On Friday, I met a guy local to me that has this tester / tool. Anyone have any experience with it? Will it do what the SD-1 and SD-2 will do? In my area, I don't know anyone with an SD-1 or SD-2 so this could be a big help if it does the same stuff.
It depends what software level is in it. I have one that i use as a backup or for mobile jobs. You need to power it up and see what is on it. Go into the diagnosis page and it will come up with what makes are covered, mine does Ferrari Maserati and Lamborghini, and then you can look at model coverage. You can perform a lot of the functions of the sd2 and sd3. Have a look here: Software Don't expect it to be as good as a full sd2/ sd3 but it's a cheaper alternative...
Talked with nick a bit about this test have no real world experience but I know nick a little. My understanding from him and others it will do almost everything an sd will if it has the software for the 355 in it. Especially if its been updated lately. Phone him
