Actually now you mention it, its only a 1.5 hour drive from me (or substantially less as the case may be...... ha ha). If I'm free I'll come along to represent the southern F-chat crew.

Is there going to be a meeting time, or do we just make our way to the ferrari section once we get there? We will all recognise who people are by their cars

 

Before we go - we shd get a list of whos going etc. I've only personally met one f chatter so far, so it wd be good to put some faces to user id's. Theres at least 3 of us from three shires foc meeting up in Bedford to travel up from there on Sunday morning.

How about meeting in Buxton and heading down the A512 to the A50 then cutting across to the M1 then South (is to Jn 20) ?

Buxton's about 45 mins away from me, shouldn't be too bad for Simon (& friend) - how about you Steve and Marky ?

Not sure theres anywhere else to park but the foc place. I assume we'll all be shown to the same spot. Stupid question, but how will I know who's on fchat or whos not. The only people I think I'll recognise is if I hear Steve F's yorkshire twang, and If Chaa is going I'll look out for a man mountain, and be sure to be nice to him.

 

Buxton meet up at 9 is fine by me. Whereabouts in Buxton any particular point?

Excellent Mark. Simon's meeting us there too and I think 355 Mark is joining us too.

Steve F - is it going to be too far out your way ? (it's about 50 miles from me too but would I be roughly heading that way)

I don't know Buxton very well - anyone suggest a place to meet ? How about the Junction of the A53 (St John's Road) and the A5004 (Manchester Road) - I don't know if there is anything there, just found it on multimap (I think the Pavillion Gardens are near there).

ps....dont like pokin my oar in (never bothered you in the past, I hear you say) but 'tis so simple to meet on buxton market place.....it is large but very "open" , and on the top of a slight hill....pav. gardens is complicated.

i agree i know how you feel nobody wants to drive with us well me and you anyway look where they are meeting buxton its only 80miles in the wrong direction for me still i might make some new friends at standford hall i will stand near big chaa as i have had some horrible pm messages from the footballers that are going 360united and 355city i hope there will be some genuine ferrari enthusiasts there looking at cars
