We would like to launch a local business for local needs (mainly UAE, but considering further GCC). We are currently working with AllianceDubai, desiring to establish a FZCO in e-services. The simplified data sheet is: - Legal opening of FZCO (2 partners) with one fiscal address and one office address - Renting an office in a free zone with high speed internet facilities - Internet City preferred. - Hire of 2 employees (+procedure) - Lawyer and Accountant services. Attached pdf is the doc from Alliance detailing the costs of establishing and opening + office rental, but for the two other points it's still foggy for me. We would like to hire a webmaster and a supervisor/secretary who would represent us locally. What is the procedure when you want to hire locally? What would be the wages?
