I have a 1986 Testarossa that will not start. Engine dash lights, windows and A/C also do not work with key in on or run position. Motor turns over however there seems to be no spark. This problem just happened with no other issues car has been running great.
Any suggestions I have tried relay and all fuses look good.

    Thanks

It's probably the white connectors on the fuse panel which are burned. This is a known problem. There are plenty of threads on this.. Do a search and you will find out more. If this is the problem, Fuse box upgrade by Dave Helms is the way to go....

Until you get the first part of your description working, there will be no +12V power going to the ignition system (so naturally no spark). First try unplugging/inspecting/reseating the w connector on the fuse-relay panel (it's the single vertical one on the LH Driver's side). The two large A (light blue) wires in the two bottom positions should be +12V when the key is "on" -- if they aren't = bad sign for the ignition switch (since the starter function works, that confirms +12V is reaching the ignition switch); or if they are horribly burned = you've found the trouble ;)

If it turns out to be a switch rebuilding the original is an option. New, if still available are very spendy.

Unfortunately, that SRI rework addresses other items (involved in getting power from the fuse-relay panel relays out to the high-current items) which are not related to this issue/problem (which involves getting power into the fuse-relay panel from the ignition switch) -- this problem is in a different area of the system.

Thanks for the help I believe ignition switch is bad. Have 12 v going to switch and no bad fuse connectors. Dealer's want around $3000.00 part # 164283 any other viable options for part.
