    My Testarossa 88’ is not firing up .. starting…. Batter fully charge … gaz full up … it doesn’t want to go ?? What could this be ??

    Do you mean:

    1. The starter spins the crankshaft, but the engine doesn't fire, or

    2. The starter does not operate?

    If #1, confirm/deny if spark is occurring when the starter is spinning the crankshaft (using a timing light or a spark tester).

    If #2, unplug/replug the white w connector on the LH side of the fuse-relay panel and the square 9-pin C11 connector under the coolant expansion tank.

    Did you give up? If it is a no-spark-when-cranking situation, there is a (very flaky) round 4-pin connector under the coolant expansion tank that connects the flywheel sensors to the ignition system -- it's another one that doing an unplug/replug is an easy first diagnostic step.
