This car has the single dizzy with factory elect ignition.I can't find any practical info on advancing the timing.HEI system. With my 105 series Alfas its just a matter of tweaking the dizzy a tad clockwise and that's it. With the GT4 I have to set the flywheel at 6degrees BTDC and then set the rotor pointing to no.1 cylinder? Is that correct or am I missing something,can the dizzy be rotated slightly with the same result as on the 105 series Alfas? Any advice appreciated. Geoff
I have not seen your car, so take this with a grain of salt. My 75GT4, the dizzy can be turned clock-wise or Counter clock-wise to do ignition timing.
