    Hi - Just finished rebuilding the front end including rebuilt steering rack. I'll obviously send it to get a full geometry set-up but just so Im in the right 'ballpark' what is the best way of setting the track rod ends so I get it near enough right? Thanks

    I used a couple of jack stands and some string like this... https://youtu.be/wjZUu_d08t8 but I set the string parallel to the sills as my rears had some toe applied. You can actually use this to set reasonably accurate toe-in if you want.

    Got me close enough to drive 20 miles to the alignment shop.
