    Are they left hand or right thread.I have a 79 GT4 and I am trying to adjust toe in,Alfas have a LH and a RH threaded track rod end.It appears that on my GT4 they may both be RH thread.Can anyone enlighten me so that I am not chasing my tail?The locking nut is rather tight!

    They're both RH threads (1/2" x 20 TPI). The lock nuts were considerably tight on my car too...

    Thanks for that Peter,I have been told that Loctite nitrogen in a spray can is v. good for releasing frozen nuts!
