    I am having difficulty getting 2010 Cali steering wheel channel and volume controls to work with a Pioneer infotainment unit. Everything else works fine ... Nav, Bluetooth, Sat, rear view camera ... everything except the steering wheel mounted switches. Anyone have any ideas? The steering wheel controls go through the vehicle data buss audio controller.

    Are you able to reprogram it? That probably is the issue. sometime steering wheel module controls can reset.

    Not sure what the issue was but my installers were able to figure it out a day after I posted this. Moral of the story ... Use installers who know their stuff.
