I used Dashworks (303)371-8700 (dashworks.net) for my Malibu boat a couple of months back and they did an excellent job. They had several high end cars and that seems to be their specialty.
I had car toys at about 105th & Melody in Northglenn work on mine (328 gts). They have a tech there that has a porfolio of cars he worked on when he was in California ie; Barry Bonds Bentley, Lambos, rewired a 360 to have all blue dash lights... He does great work..I highly recommend him

They actually fly out from LA and install the system in your garage. They specialize in exotics and will absolutely be doing my Lamborghini as soon as I can get them out here.
Ok I wanted to give eeveryone an update on ym quest to find a stero install shop... I placed calls to all the persons below and NO ONE returned my call, I went to Quality Auto Sound, and was a bit scared when I saw the "Home of the $1 install on the windows" needless to say after all the techs took pictures of the car with there cell phones I was on my way out the door. I called Derek at FoD, and he directed me to Brian at Excalibur Sound Systems, now this was a first class introduction, and I went to meet with Brian, he looked over everything and was very knowlwdgeable of the car and how to do custom installs. so Sept 2, my baby goes under the knife of skillfull hands of excaliburur.
