Not doubting your wisdom Wax. But are we allowed to know why? I haven't seen Steve do anything particularly worse than normal today. But then I may not have been looking hard enough.

But it's always good to know where we stand on what is and is not allowed on here.

Given American time differences I cannot see Wax responding until early evening UK time.

I know from posts on CS - where Steve is now also banned albeit for 2 weeks for comments made about the ban here - that Steve believes that Hudson and Hazy have got Wax to do this ban.

I can only surmise that its all part of the fall out from Hudson's computer being hacked.

Not that I am aware Kevan.

Best not to speculate, let's see what Wax says when he replies.

People have got short memories. This guy has over-stepped the line plenty of times.

But even if we set that aside, it seems obvious enough that most of the time he comes on here to stir things up rather than contribute to the community?

    That's trolling in anybody's book.

Anyway, I'd bet he's got several usernames on here (also a banning offence) so I suspect he's still around.

I wasnt going to comment on here, but so the Fchat users know the story from mine and Andys side, I went out last night, when I came back Wax had banned Steve. I had no part in it, neither did Andy, and Hudson is no longer a mod so he is out of the equasion. I have offered Steve various Olive branches over the last couple of weeks but he has chosen not to take them, it was all water under the bridge as far as I am concerned.

This is NOTHING to do with the "hacking" issue, Wax will tell more no doubt IF he sees fit.

Speaking as someone who does not post very often but does check in on the site, I personally have never found Steve offensive.

Amusing yes, boring and tedious, quite often. But I dont think bad or offensive enough to ban. I do think he was sincere in his attempts to try and liven up the UK section. I quite enjoyed seeing some of the old posts he dug up recently.

    Just my opinion..

Before banning steve f, I made certain there was no connection to UK Mods. They are blameless. Period.

What do you do with Garden Pests? I squash them.

Is that it then? No explanation as to why you made this decision?

A very strange way of running things, maybe it is to be expected.
