    Yep, but I'm pretty sure he believes it is only a few bad apples. Typically the bad apples are people that aren't buying cars/exhausts in the first place.

    Does this mean if my company sponsors FChat I can request a ban for any user that users a competitor's product?

    The simple fact is the British are a mighty nation and our sense of humour is very different.

    I'd tread carefully Rob - a quick scan of the homepage shows that the UK section is nearly THREE TIMES as big as the second biggest region. You should be proud of that, not calling us *******s and threatening to give us the boot :)

    Please get this STRAIGHT! Manu doesn't have a problem with steve or anyone individually. I'm sure it is a few bad apples that cause the problems in general, but not sure Manu has anyone in mind. He doesn't have time to look that closely, he just sees the effects. Our conversation happened months ago anyway.

    Users are free to post their own opinions, have we ever moderated someone for recommending a competitive product? Answer is no.

    as you say its wrong to pick on steve, although holding him hostage as an example to bad apples
    people always disagree its another one of those things in life along with paying taxes

    surely this can be sorted amicably and discused as adults,
    can we not consider this a warning to all and if continues the relevant user gets the necessary discipline

    Two months ago Manu and I talked about problems in the UK section. Not a single name was or has been mentioned by him. I just wanted to tell you what Manu thought about some things he saw in UK forum.

    I think it's that, as previously mentioned, the British sense of humour doesn't cross the pond too well.

    I am struggling to think of any regular visitors to the UK section that are deserving of the 'arsehole' title.

    He is my biggest customer, but I have several Ferrari UK users and others that want change too. Unfortunately with the bullies and *******s here they just remain quiet. That isn't the type of negative environment we want here.
