Stewards needed for jetport/Ferrari reception

The Festivals of Speed event is in need of stewards for the Saturday, November 3rd Jet Port Reception and the Sunday, November 4th display of exotic cars at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. Stewards receive a embroidered Festivals of Speed polo shirt and hat, poster, car care products samples, food and other perks. Lamborghini and Ferrari are both a main marque at this event and the Ferrari 2002 Formula One car driven by Michael Shumacher will be on display among many other great cars. Stewards help guide cars into position on the display field. Like most events we have specific locations for each car and each steward is given a map that shows those locations. Each steward handles guiding cars into position for the specific area that they are assigned. We are looking to attract approximately 20 stewards for Sunday, November 4th. We may need some for the Saturday evening Jet Port reception as well. Perhaps 10-12.
We are very flexible with work shifts and overall it is a fun day. As with most events the arrival of cars to the field in the morning (approx 7am) is the busiest time of the day. Once every car is in position stewards just enjoy the rest of the day like everyone else. At the shows end (approx 4pm) stewards are used to help cars exit in a controlled manor. That is about it. We supply an embroidered FOS polo shirt and hat, program guide, event poster, food and many other perks.
