I did not paint any of my parts after cleaning. If I did, I would use the SEM black.
I found out, Trofeo doesn’t do the Sticky button fix themselves. They send out to old owner of Exotic Specialty services who now moved out of State.
Thank you for confirming what we suspected all along. Trofeo doesn't even do the work in house. Now trying to figure out what have we been debating? StickyRx for the win!
I had Exotic Specialty Services do my 430 Scud sticky interior in 2021. Bryan did a great job. Very meticulous and high quality work. He moved to North Carolina in 2/2024. Two doors down is Brian at Metric Autosport. Metric has taken care of all our Audis and Porsches for many years. Brian’s good friend and former roommate is Ben at Trofeo. Ben worked at Raging Bull and opened up Trofeo Imports when the space became available. I am using Trofeo now for my Ferrari service and repair needs. Not sure if he is sending out the sticky button work to Bryan in NC, but my personal experience is that the refinishing and laser etching looks great.
I’m going to stand corrected, Bryan emailed me back and says all sticky work is done in house. Sounds like they do some very good work. Bill
Fake News. Seen the work personally done at the location. Saw the paint booths, buttons hanging to dry in clean rooms etc. No way they could have turned around my work in 3 days including disassembly of my car if they were shipping. Here is their laser machine for lettering which I don't think is such a big deal to have an bet lots of people have laser etching, printing machines Again, Trofeo can be good without Stickyrx being bad. It's OK,,really it is. Image Unavailable, Please Login
If you drop by you will see the same thing I did. The staff doing sticky button refinishing right there. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DG9O7xsyFit/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

I totally agree that there can be more than one refinisher. I just want to make sure newcomers who read this post understand there are differences and I have seen nobody who refinishes parts to the level that StickyRX does. They aren’t the cheapest but they are fair considering the level of quality they deliver. This is their specialty. I’ve used them for two cars myself.
@rzundel, I'm a little confused, other than using them for two cars yourself, what is your connection to SRX ? S
Great question! Although I appreciate the fanboy support of SRX, I also want to know how he knows how much better SRX is than Trofeo is when it does not appear that he has ever seen Trofeo's work as evidenced by posting false information that they don't do the work on premises.
I honestly was wondering the exact same thing about you. It's uncanny how much you promote and defend Trofeo here on FerrariChat. And it was BillyB1221 that first suggested Trofeo did not do the work on premises, not rzundel. Maybe rzundel is just as passionate about StickyRX as you are about Trofeo in promoting them.
Let's stick to the evidence. First, I'm not a Fanboy, but I am a customer of StickRx. And yes, they did 2 cars for me. I am about as anal as it gets when it comes to cars. For a little background, I am a concours award winner and car collector. A true Ferrari aficionado and owner. I know what quality is. I did my research before I had my parts refinished. StickRx was the ONLY shop that met my standards. They are NOT a body shop, they are NOT a repair shop, they are an engineering/manufacturing company that is owned by Dave Lelonek, a mechanical engineer who has 3 patents to his name. He has invested in building a state-of-the-art facility that looks more like they are building rockets than refinishing parts. He uses a Lean methodology in his production. Look it up if you don't know what that is. My interest in this post is to make sure I represent StickyRx as an option when others are doing research and looking for the best. I am not putting Trofeo down, but they are what they are. A repair shop that does button repair on the side. You have shown the quality of their work in photos of your own. The result is OK but nothing special. No offence. I have shown photos of the work StickRx has done on one of my cars. Take a close look. You can see the difference. You have shared a video of Trofeo using a rattle can in his back room. Comments have been made that they don't take every part down to the bare material. You can see the results of this in your photos. Just wait a couple years from now, and you will see what happens to the finish. Finally, I wasn't the one who said they send their parts out. That was BillyB1221.
