Cool Gettin excited Just put a bunch of new parts on the motor while its out. Today finished the blue stainess brake lines
So you paint them blue, then black then laser off the black so. The blue is visible. Is that corrct. Please explain.
Translucent blue, translucent white, then black. Laser off black. Graphics will be white during the day and blue when backlite. White and black was applied before I left today. Second coat of black tomorrow and laser Tuesday when we are back from Holiday.
Grant - I took the day off (if you can believe that) the remaining parts of your order (only the switch icons and HVAC buttons) will get final coats tomorrow. Might get lasered tomorrow if I can bake them at least 4 hours. We are at the finish line
Grant's custom blue back lite buttons - pardon the crappy cell phone photo And before it's asked (JohnK), yes, we probably could have found blue bulb covers Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have had Daves handy work for about 2 weeks. Have not opened until today because the packaging was too nice too disturb and like many of us owners work kinda gets in the way. I know its been said time and time again but this stuff is amazing. I can not wait to get my engine back in now. I will give another update with all the blue lighting once I install it but for now here is some of the pics. As all ways their work is amazing but someof the finer things Ashtray fixed and i challenge anyone to see where it was broken 2 buttons for stop and recirc were fubar to say the least and now work perfectly Blue lights as well for those and no socks over white bulbs(us Canadians like to go barefoot inthe summer) Fixed a couple of switches that were not working Did my F1 switches Dave gets enough praise so I would also personally like to thank his staff for there attention to detail as well, but we all know that a ship is only as good as the captain. Here are pictures of Grant's auto and snow/ice buttons from his F1. These are hard touch from the factory and don't get sticky. Grants were a bit tired so he had us refinish them Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
