    Just wanted to let everyone know that i can not say enough about this company, what a pleasure it was to deal with Robbie and his company . The product finish was fantastic and the service was just incredible. I asked him for an impossible request and favor and he delivered and made my week.

    If anyone is thinking of dealing with this company , you are in extremely good hands.

    Yep, I had the same experience - All very positive. He's very responsive and the turn-around was killer fast!

    For what I paid, I'm glad I did not bother screwing around with this myself - I'd still be pulling tar out of my hair :)

    Sure, I could have saved some money doing the work myself, however, here are the pros:

    -my stuff was done in two days
    -I did not need to experiement for weeks to tune the process
    -no overspray in my garage or basement
    -no tar in my hair

    Expensive? Not really. Reasonable prices in my mind.

    The speed of the service was exceptional and had all the parts back within a week.

    Just got to see the parts Robbie finished for my F355 while it is getting its major service and full gold connecter kit install at Scuderia Rampante, I can fully recommend Sticky No More as well. Better than new and the price is fair for the quality of work, I am a fan!

    Robbie did everything for my 355. Lightning fast service plus he actually refinishes the parts; not just takes alcohol and scrubs them so it's a lot different and longer lasting.

    Yep, and this really makes a difference. On my car, I have a few bits that I stripped down myself and re-installed as "bare." The parts I wasn't comfortable or able to do (the A/C vents were at the top of the list) I sent to Robbie. There is a huge (and noticeable) difference between those left bare (center console and ashtray surround), and those refinished by SNM (A/C vents, mirror triangles). The bare bits just look incomplete and scuffed up, where the refinished parts have a look that rivals the original appearance, but with FAR better durability.

    I 100% agree and personally my thoughts are if you can afford a ferrari, don't be a cheap ass. Spend the money and do it the right way and that's going through Robbie!

    Had my center console done before Xmas.

    Work was diligent but a bit rushed, parts packed before they were completely dry and as a result two small areas are imperfect, especially the backlit AC Stop button. It is night and day compared to the utter mess it was prior to restoration, but for roughly 1K$ plus expensive shipment, I was expecting something flawless and it isn't.

    Sticky No More offered to redo the parts but I did not have the time for another west coast-east coast shipment. Work ought to have been perfect the first time.

    People make mistakes. What really separates the men from the boys is how mistakes are handled. He offered to make it right for you. I think based on his reputation of doing a fantastic job, you should have taken him up on his offer and not bashed him here.

    Normally Robbie is very focused on getting people the parts back ASAP since he knows we all don't want to wait.

    Agree with the above. Honestly Ferrari should have done it right the first time.

    I had similar issue and Robbie fixed it immediately.
    Who knows what temperature ranges it went through getting back to you.

    If you want it perfect, fond v the time to send it back.

    Just FYI, the AC STOP button does not suffer from or get sticky on any Ferrari, we have done about 1000 panels and never had to refinish one and we did not refinish yours. There is nothing to refinish on those two lower buttons, they do not have the sticky coating that the other parts do. We wipe the dirt off, set it to the side until time for reassemble. If there was any imperfection on one of those buttons, then it was there before it reached our facility.

    Last week I stripped every bit of plastic out of the F355 and sent them to Robbie at Sticky-no-more, this was Wednesday.
    The following Tuesday the parts arrived back at the garage, thats an incredibly fast turn around of 6 days: UK to USA - parts refinished and restored - USA to UK - all within 6 days, that is just stunning!

    As always the work is first class and will transform the interior of the F355.

    I admit that this part of your process was not clear to me, but I have to disagree on one thing: the AC STOP button was not leaking light before, and now it is, very noticeably so. I saw it and highlighted it immediately, and now that it is back in the car, it really stands out. I will have to touch it up by hand in some way.
    There are two other minor flaws (blemishes) in the paint on flat surfaces, but they are visible only at certain angles and do not bother me as much.

    To others: this is honest, transparent and balanced feedback. It was not apparent to me this was supposed to be a cheerleading thread.
    We agreed on a quicker turn around than the quoted 5d, I paid extra for expedited service, and it was super-expedite, perhaps overly so. Parts arrived on a Friday and were shipped back on the same day.

    Indeed, Robbie offered me to send the parts back, but the logistics of being in north america visiting family did not leave me with the option of re-shipping parts (especially with the mess around UPS/Fedex capacity glut around Xmas 2013). I had to fly back to Europe with my center console parts. Things were planned that way upfront and explicitly.

    Perhaps you set yourself up for failure? When you rush like this, things can go wrong. This is by far not a cheer leading thread, others has just had very good experiences. And if Robbie agreed to make it right, I can't understand what more you would want.

    Not that it matters but do you realize this is a side business from home? For that, it's very good work done very quick.

    Did Robbie offer to ship the parts back to Europe instead?
