    Guys,
Is there anything that could clean the sticky interior parts in the 355? I am trying to avoid the expensive overlays...
    Thanks,
    Francisco

I cleaned all my sticky parts about 2.5 months ago at a total cost to me of $12.42 and 10 hours of labor.

The products you need are: Isoporpyl alcohol (91% or greater), que-tips, paper towels, time.

Mitch is spot on but it's not an easy job. If I were to do it again, I would make it much easier and simply put the products in a box and send them to Robbie at Stickynomore.

+1, lots of rags and lots of easy off oven cleaner! I always enjoy the DIY solutions, but it's great to have Robbie offering the service.

What did you use for a finish coat? You just leave them plastic color?

Most of them I left in plastic. A couple I gave a light coat of flat black paint--these, also, had some "body work" done to them to fix cracks and divots. I use 5 minute epoxy and typical modeling skills.

You lucked out---Most plastic does not look good enough to leave as is once the coating is removed. Ferrari uses crap plastic...
