You should never clean your stock plastic interior parts with any solvent because they are ridiculousy fragile and scratch easy. Being that it is too late for that in your situation here is what you can do.

First remove all the sticky parts. Place them in a mud sink or a bucket. Put on some plastic gloves. Spray a generous amount of Easy-Off oven cleaner on these parts. (use the low fume variety or you might die). Let the parts sit for 10 minutes. Take a plastic scrub brush and brush the parts while wet with Easy Off. You should see a river of black gunk. Wash and repeat the process until all sticky stuff is gone. At this point you can either re-install the parts or sand them down with very fine grit sandpaper and spray-paint them black.
If you do not like the result or you want the factory look again you can always just replace the sticky parts with NOS at a riduculously high price. Have fun!

The oven cleaner and repaint is good if you are up for the removal of the offending parts to work on them. I was not, so I used Goof Off 2 and Qtips (leaving the console, vents, etc.. in place). Also leaving them in place makes spraying a new finish on not a good idea. ;)

I used laquer thinner on mine, comes off real easy, and comes right off your hands too. After that let it dry and spray a light coat of paint on it. Then I clear coated them for protection.
