I notice the gas pedal on my 87 US spec 3.2 cab is a bit sticky at the initial point of push. Everything at the engine end seems free and easy, so I'm assuming its at the pedal end. I notice in diagrams a couple of small roller bearings in the pedal pivot point on the floor. Is this a common wear item? Can they be taken apart and cleaned and relubed? Since they are only two bucks apiece ( a two dollar part on a Ferrari! The myth is true!) I figure I'll order a pair anyway, just curious about others experience with this part. TIA

Yes, the pedal is very well designed with two roller bearings. They probably just need to be cleaned and greased. probably never been done before, the old grease just waxes and hardens.
