    After having spent some $1500 on new Hyper-Flow cats for my Mondial t, I am a little reluctant to spend the same amount on a pair for my 348. After all, these things are glorified pieces of metal!

    Can anyone help?

    They are glorified, but they include a bunch of metals like rhodium, palladium and platinum, much more in high flow (high quality) units.

    Hyperflows aren't cheap, but they are not a waste of money. It's the factory units - crap at twice the price - that are a ripoff.
