here's the full sizing rundown for other sizes for completeness:

Size Large : 7-1/4 to 7-1/2
Size Extra Large : 7-5/8 to 7-3/4

FIA helmets are good for 10 years from date of manufacture so 2031 on this one.
Snell certification SA2020 standard that this falls under is good for competitive use until at least 2030.
