If I may ask, will it not pass emissions because of the appearance of the aftermarket exhaust system? Or will it not pass because of tail pipe emission?

If you want a stock exhaust system that's fine, but after all these years....finding a good working stock exhaust complete with good cats may be a challenge. I have a complete TR exhuast system, precats, cats, and muffler....but the cats and precats are hollowed out.

If passing the emmission is your only concern, then I would recommend that you contact Ricambi (http://www.ricambiamerica.com/) for a set of Hyperflow cats. Because I think it will be very difficult to find a complete OEM set that anyone will be willing to part with.

Also, you should still be able to pass emssion with just the pre-cats or has that been removed as well ?

The problem is that he has this monolithic 1-piece US TR Borla system that replaces everything except the headers (so he can't easily just add working cats):

Finding a complete OEM system will be unlikely (except for a stock US muffler), but he could buy Hyper-Flow pre-cat bypass pipes from Ricambi or Jeff's hollowed out pre-cats, working Hyper-Flow Cats from Ricambi, and either Jeff's stock US TR muffler or an aftermarket "cat-back" US TR muffler. Isn't going to be cheap for any solution ;)

I have a stock 1988 muffler if you need that as well. Not sure how much shipping will be from GA to AZ. Let me know if you're interested.
