    Dino 246 GT #02626 was already stolen in 2011 at the Hotel Château St. Gerlach in Valkenburg. The former owner brought this to my attention today.
    Dutch registration plate was "HZ-47-XL", colour orange/red with black interior.
    engine no.: 135 C 000 0008533 - 1102
    gearbox no.: 256 E
    body no.: 254

    If anybody has any inside of the whereabouts of the car or parts of the car please let me know....

    PS: Interestingly this Dino had the same first owner as mine #01266, Paul Hertecant from Belgium.

    So this car was stolen five years ago? And we're just now looking for it?

    Would seem to me at this point it's been restored, had a new vin attached and shipped on out the door.

    Having said that, never hurts to take a look around for it.

    Quite a few changes, headlight covers, bumper bars, headlight covers, Cavallino on grille. Was she "restored" before being stolen?

    no... just changes to get the Ferrari certification I guess... certification was done in 2009...

    might not hurt to contact Mr Van Nes, file indicates current photo.

    Some of his other photos have earlier dates, all of the Dino pix are dated 3/10/14
