so the end result is they got the sidekick back, the cops arrested the girl, but he's NOT GOING TO PRESS CHARGES, even after the girls mother says she will sue the website guy for harassment (even though she would lose). Thats LAME. There is ZERO evidence the girl learned her lesson. They did not buy the phone for $50, the girl found it in the cab and kept it. They should press charges, otherwise they just wasted the time of the cops 100%.
I also think its ironic that throughout the whole ordeal he was very anti-advertising (because he didn't want to make money off of the popularity), and now they're selling the sidekick on eBay and keeping 2/3 of the profit. There was such a buildup, and it's just kind of fizzling out.
