Unavoidable unless you wrap the front...

I just had my front lower spoiler painted due to chips. No complaints on the color match. Looks much better than it did before.

I still have some chips on the upper nose and front of hood. I may repaint the upper nose and front of the hood in the winter and cover with the 3M stone chip wrap. I am thinking if I finish the stone wrap with the paint line, you will only notice the wrap, not the paint line. I really don't want to wrap it but I don't like the chips and my car is not and will never be a garage queen!

I understand the front bumper and I am ok with that but I am even getting them along the doors near to bottom too.

dont drive the car in consturction areas, dont be in such a rush in April to drive the car as soon as the snow melts - dont drive behind dump trucks.

in 11 yrs of ownership, i dont use a bra, i just try and drive in off peak times. If you want to drive it like you drive a pick up truck at 4pm on thursday afternoon - then stone chips are unavoidable.

I have a few stone chips as well. What is the best place in the GTA to get them repaired?

in 11 yrs and 35,000kms into it on one car - i have one nice large one, and 3 -5 tiny ones that i have touched up with paint, once buffed you cant really tell unless your lookng for them.

4 yrs and 3,000 miles on the other car, 2 tiny ones that i coloured in as well -

its really the driving in march/april/ early may in Ontario that you are most exposed to chips.

and the bloody construction sites in the summer on the hwyways -

if you plan your routes right, you can avoid the chips year after year.
