    Wow!

Thought for sure you would have gotten at least another pint in. Especially after the t-stat opened up.

Peter and Jennifer, thank so much for the food and fun: It was definitely worth the drive to meet you fine folks. This was the 1st time, I have ever gathered with other Ferrari owners before. After having been on F-Chat for over a decade, it was nice to connect the names and faces of everyone.
On another note when driving back down with the wife on Sunday to the Ventura/Oxnard area, I have come to the conclusion to sell my home in the Valley and move down to Southern California. Now the question will be when and where???

It was great meeting you Mik. You need to post more bro. Almost 11 years and barely 300-ish posts.

    Tisk tisk tisk.

Hey, Peter asked if he should warn the neighbors about anyone's exhaust, and I said definately for mine. I'm actually gonna be taking it off today and putting my gothspeed muffler back on. It is SOOOO loud that if I keep playing Russian roulette driving with it on I'll get pulled over for sure. Oh but the sound, the sound of that thing when I'm standing on it, sweetness. It really is a pure race exhaust and WAY too loud for everyday driving. I'll use it for track days, and on the street my gothspeed.

No problems from the neighbors. I spoke with one of them 2 houses down and he slept through the whole event.

hahaha The other was on vacation? :) :)

Hey, Ernie. Your exhaust look like this? I need to put mine back on. Fabspeed headers & high flow cats...My old neighbors did indeed complain and I had to change.

At 8000 rpm's this sounds better than current F1 cars.....

    Guys:

In thinking about my coolant flush, all we did was drain at the two radiators and refill. How much did I leave in the system by not draining the block? Half maybe? If I am changing annually does anyone see this as a problem? Is it worth it to go back and drain the block?

I have driven the car for about 20 miles and there is no room to add any more coolant. Temp is actually running lower than before. Could be the new coolant, could be the Water Wetter. In any case, it does not appear that I have any air pockets trapped in the system. Just in case, are there bleeder screws somewhere?

All pipes, just like that. Of course a different configuration, but yeah, ZERO muffling. Ask the fellas, they'll tell you. :D

there is a bleeder on the top right of the radiator (hand screw)

the other is on the "gooseneck" on top of the engine (13mm)

have the car hot and running loosen a little until coolant comes out

    tighten back up

do it a couple of times

Coolant change was on the 355. That sounds like the 328 set up.

If you did not drain the block, you have about a gallon left in the block, about 1/3 of the total.

Agreed. If there is nasty old coolant then block drain is in order or multiple repeat flush and fills which will dilute the block. Don't forget to run the heater too. If people stick to annual brake, coolant, and power steering changes then they don't need to be so fastidious about block draining or abs activation or emptying the steering rack.
