Storage/Garage Form of Lease?

Does anyone care to share their lease for storing a car at a garage/warehouse facility? Don't want to copy it but will steal provisions and crib off others to ensure issues near and dear to my heart are also addressed in the landlord's lease form. Appreciiate any help/advice!
