    Hello All;

    New subscriber here, but refered by Dennis Liu (so I may be damned anyway.........) but

    I have a friend who is complementing a large heated storage space, which would allow for significant car/bike storage. The space is heated/air conditioned, de-humidified, dry, clean and secure. (plans physical checks on a daily basis)

    There may even be the ability for pick-up/ drop off service for a reasonable charge.

    Is there any interest?

    thanks

    The spot is actually in the Hanover (Dartmouth) Lebanon area. It is actually only 1 hour 45 minutes from Boston and the air is so much cleaner life is safer.....and yes, there is the space to install a lift and have tools available, but in respect to the Boston Based repair shops, that isn't the focus. He is thinking of actually using the lift and bay for complete detailing of cars when they come in and go out. it will also provide that on site watchful eyes. And if there is a service of pic-up and drop off.....for those with HUGE collections, like Dennis........

    The building is an open space that is about 170 feet by 60 feet

    Concerning price, what is the current price of storage in the Boston ma area?

    "list" price seems to be $300 for the first car and $200 per car thereafter per month. which includes trickle-charging and periodic (small) movement to avoid flatspotting. and a wash on the way out - maybe one on the way in too.

    This guy is looking at the $150/month number, including charging and moving around, so that seems cool.......
