    Hello Everyone -

    Looking at taking on a lease for a warehouse to house my car collection and have my workshop, and the best site available is waaay larger than I need. Anyone have interest (or know of someone who might) in climate controlled, secure access storage and workshop space 3 minute walk from the Rockville Metro? It would be somewhere around $300 to $325 / month per car all inclusive. There would be restrooms, and space to install lifts, workbenches, etc. Probably indoor washing facilities. Restauants and shops in short walking distance, and (more importantly) decent roads not terribly far away.

    Space for 10-15 cars in addition to my fleet.

    I have a smaller place all to myself now, if I don't get enough interest I will just stay put.
