    Hello

looking at picking up my first F430.

unfortunately my area has zero climate controlled storage and the car will instantly be going into storage.

The car will be stored in below zero degree temps at times I’m sure. Any issues i should be aware of? Stored my viper and other cars like this with no issues but it seems these can be a little more fragile.

I live in Colorado and also have to store my cars in non-climate controlled storage for various reasons. Never had any issues but try to at least drive the cars as frequently as possible on the good weather days and once the sand/Mag is off the roads. Don't know if you have power in your storage unit/area but if you do then use a Battery Tender - if you don't then (I believe) 430's have a battery cut-off switch (my 355 does and so did my 360 when I owned it - have not owned a 430 so unsure but easy to find out). Lastly, if you are storing it in a secure location I would suggest not setting the alarm as that drops the battery quickly versus not setting it - but again, ONLY if the location itself is secure. Otherwise, I have never had an issue - cars have always started and run fine - Obviously give it time to warm up properly and let the fluids etc. circulate before driving it aggressively but that is pretty much common sense.

Hope this helps - Best of luck with the 430 - Enjoy in good health :)

Temperature shouldn't be a problem, but humidity is generally not good for the car. I keep a box of disposable dehumidifiers in the passenger area of my 550. Of course not the same as climate control, but better than nothing...

Better cold and dry than warm and humid.
colder temperatures are usually better for material preservation. In most places cold also means less humid.
So no problem at all. Switch off the master switch under the hood or connect a charger.

I am always storing in winter in non heated garage here in MA... I hate when I see humidity, but if the car is dry and cold, no problems. Just pump air in tires to 41PSI, fill up the gas tank, and disconnect the battery. that's it
Don't start it until you are ready to take it out for a drive, running the engine standing does not good to the car, just makes chassis and many other parts wet from condensation.

First off congrats on your new purchase you will Love that vehicle..!
Ok: everything mentioned above but in addition if the coolant has NOT been recently serviced it will be good to know its protection limit and where the electrolysis measurement value sits....Easy enough to do if you have a decent quality DVOM.
I've attached a good vidio overview and just as a reference perspective my F430 measures 0.027mv..
    Good luck.
